如结账页和收据标明由 Paddle 处理，Paddle 将作为该笔交易的记录商户（Merchant of Record），负责收款、相关税费与付款凭证。结账时展示的 Paddle 购买者条款也适用于该笔交易。OpenADAS 仍负责数字产品的内容、授权和交付。
购买页列明的报告、表格或 CSV 文件为一次性数字交付，不默认包含后续更新、咨询或其他数据集。
创始会员自付款确认起有效 365 天，包含购买页列明的会员内容和导出权益。当前产品为一次性年度购买，不自动续费。到期后如需续购，必须由你再次主动确认。
国际在线支付通常在支付确认后自动交付；人工收款方式的目标交付时间为 12 小时。如 24 小时后仍未收到权益，请附上订单号联系我们。
除购买页另有说明，付费内容授予购买人一项有限的、非独家的、不可转让的内部业务使用许可。你可将分析结论用于内部决策，并可在合理篇幅内标注 OpenADAS 后引用。未经书面许可，不得：

我们可以为改进准确性、安全性或功能而更新网站。已付费的交付范围不会在无合理替代或退款处理的情况下被实质性削减。计划维护或不可控事件可能导致短暂中断。
在法律允许的最大范围内，OpenADAS 不对间接、偶然、特殊或后果性损失，或数据、利润、商机损失负责。对与付费服务相关的直接责任总额，以你在事件发生前 12 个月就该服务实际支付的金额为上限。本限制不排除法律不允许排除或限制的责任。
如出现未授权分发、共享凭证、攻击系统、欺诈付款或其他重大违约，我们可以暂停或终止访问。如果判断有误，请通过联系邮箱提供订单号申诉。

Effective 17 September 2026. These Terms apply to the OpenADAS website, digital reports, data exports and membership services. By purchasing or using a paid product, you agree to them.

Where the checkout and receipt identify Paddle, Paddle acts as Merchant of Record for that transaction and handles payment, applicable transaction taxes and the payment receipt. Paddle's buyer terms shown at checkout also apply to that transaction. OpenADAS remains responsible for the digital product content, licence and delivery.
The reports, tables or CSV files listed on the purchase page are a one-time digital delivery. They do not include continuing updates, consulting or other datasets unless the purchase page expressly says so.
Founding Membership lasts 365 days from confirmed payment and includes the member content and export rights listed at purchase. It is currently a one-time annual purchase and does not renew automatically. Renewal requires a new, affirmative purchase.
International online orders are normally delivered automatically after payment confirmation. Manually verified payment methods target delivery within 12 hours. If access has not arrived after 24 hours, contact us with the order ID.
Unless the purchase page says otherwise, paid content is licensed to the purchaser on a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable basis for internal business use. You may use the analysis in internal decisions and quote reasonable extracts with attribution to OpenADAS. Without written permission, you may not:
Team-wide use, client deliverables and data republication require a separate licence. Contact us to discuss one.
OpenADAS structures and analyses public material from OEMs, suppliers, regulators and professional media. We work to label sources, dates, rollout status and unknowns, but cannot promise that all information is complete, error-free or applicable to every vehicle version at all times.
The service is not driving instruction, a feature warranty, legal advice or a safety certification. Do not rely on it alone for live driving, vehicle operation, compliance or safety-critical purchasing decisions. Check the original source and the relevant official manual.
Eligibility and the request process are set out in our Refund Policy. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law are not limited by these Terms.
We may update the website to improve accuracy, security or functionality. We will not materially reduce a paid deliverable without a reasonable substitute or the refund treatment required by our policy or applicable law. Planned maintenance or events outside our reasonable control may cause brief interruptions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OpenADAS is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or loss of data, profit or opportunity. Aggregate liability directly connected with a paid service is limited to the amount you paid for that service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing here excludes or limits liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude or limit.
We may suspend or terminate access for unauthorised redistribution, credential sharing, attacks on the service, fraudulent payment or another material breach. If you believe a decision is wrong, email us with the order ID to appeal.
These Terms are governed by the laws of [TO COMPLETE: operator's country or region], without taking away any mandatory consumer protection that applies to you. If a dispute occurs, please first send the order ID and a description so we can try to resolve it directly. Transactions handled by Paddle may also be subject to the buyer terms identified at checkout.
