某些地区为消费者提供数字购买冷静期或撤回权。如适用法律允许，在你明确同意立即开始数字交付并确认相关后果后，撤回权可能在交付开始时终止。付款平台可能在法律要求时于结账过程中收集相关确认。

如交易由 Paddle 作为记录商户处理，退款由 Paddle 退回原支付方式；你也可使用收据中的 Paddle 支持入口。如 Paddle 结账条款或当地法律赋予更多权利，以较高保护为准。

Effective 17 September 2026. This policy applies to OpenADAS digital reports, data exports and Founding Membership. It does not limit mandatory rights under applicable law.
Because digital content can be used immediately, we normally do not offer a change-of-mind refund after a report, CSV, member item or export entitlement has been opened, downloaded or used. We also normally do not refund because:
Some regions give consumers a cooling-off or withdrawal right for digital purchases. Where applicable law permits, that right may end when digital delivery begins after you expressly consent to immediate supply and acknowledge the consequence. The payment provider may collect the relevant acknowledgement during checkout where the law requires it.

Do not send a full card number, security code or identity-document image. We may ask you to reply from the order email to verify the purchaser.
We normally respond within two business days. Once approved, a refund is initiated to the original payment method. Arrival time is controlled by the payment provider and bank and commonly takes several business days. The corresponding download, export or membership entitlement is revoked when the refund completes.
If Paddle handled the transaction as Merchant of Record, Paddle returns the refund to the original payment method; you may also use the Paddle support route shown on the receipt. If Paddle's checkout terms or applicable law provide greater rights, the greater protection applies.
