我们依据合同履行、合法利益、法律义务，以及在需要时依据你的同意处理信息。你可随时撤回营销订阅同意，不影响撤回前已进行的处理。
我们仅在完成上述用途所需的范围内与服务提供商共享信息，例如网站托管、支付、邮件交付和安全服务商，以及法律要求的专业顾问或政府机构。我们不向数据经纪商出售信息。
当 Paddle 处理结账时，Paddle 作为记录商户并按其Privacy Policy处理账单、支付、设备、税务与反欺诈信息。结账页会显示相关说明。
支付、托管或邮件服务可能在你所在地以外处理信息。在法律要求时，我们或相关服务商会使用适用的合同保护、认定机制或其他合法转移依据。
网站使用浏览器本地存储记住中英文选择和随机会话编号；国际付款过程中还会在当前标签页临时保存订单号和随机查询凭证，以便确认付款状态，但不会把下单邮箱写入该临时记录。会员激活时会使用必要的访问凭证。付款页可能使用为结账、风险判断和记住支付偏好所需的技术。我们使用合理的技术和组织措施保护数据，但无法保证任何联网服务绝对安全。
根据你所在地的法律，你可能有权查询、获取副本、更正、删除、限制或反对处理，以及携带你提供的数据。你还可随时退订营销邮件，并可向所在地的数据保护机构投诉。

Effective 6 October 2026. OpenADAS collects only the information needed to operate the site, fulfil subscriptions and orders, protect the service and improve the product. We do not use third-party advertising trackers or sell personal information.
We keep the transaction ID, payment or refund status, amount, currency, tax and limited metadata returned by the payment provider for fulfilment and risk handling. OpenADAS does not receive or store full card numbers or card security codes. The payment provider collects those details directly.
Our first-party product analytics records a limited event set, such as page views, filters, report generation, exports, checkout starts and completed purchases, plus a random browser session ID and referring domain. This product-event file does not store raw IP addresses or form-entered emails, phone numbers, tokens, passwords or free-form text. Hosting, content-delivery, security or payment providers may create their own operational and anti-fraud logs, which may include IP, device, browser and timestamp data.
Depending on the context, we process information to perform a contract, pursue legitimate interests, comply with law or, where required, with your consent. You may withdraw consent to marketing at any time without affecting earlier processing.
We share information only as needed for the purposes above with service providers such as website hosting, payment, email delivery and security providers, and with professional advisers or public authorities when legally required. We do not sell information to data brokers.
When Paddle runs checkout, Paddle acts as Merchant of Record and handles billing, payment, device, tax and anti-fraud data under its Privacy Policy. The checkout identifies the relevant processing.
Payment, hosting or email providers may process information outside your location. Where required, we or the relevant provider use applicable contractual safeguards, adequacy mechanisms or another lawful transfer basis.
The site uses browser local storage for language choice and a random session ID. During an international payment, the current tab also temporarily stores the order ID and a random status credential so it can confirm payment; the order email is not written to that temporary record. Necessary access credentials are used when membership is activated. A payment page may use technology needed for checkout, risk decisions and payment preferences. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no internet service can promise absolute security.
Depending on local law, you may have rights to access, obtain a copy, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, and port information you provided. You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time and may complain to your local data-protection authority.
Send a request to drivelog2026@163.com. To avoid disclosing or deleting information for the wrong person, we may ask you to reply from the order email or provide an order ID.
